The maps use the same extent and hazard. All weather and hazard classes are simulated.
Elevated rainfall + high local flood susceptibility → high flood potential. The colour describes the conditions; it does not mean “80% chance”, a confirmed flood, or a closed road.
Rainfall colours compare forecast amount/intensity with rainfall thresholds. Flood and mudslide colours combine the weather trigger with local susceptibility. Overview shows the highest of these three levels.
The Planning baseline tab shows static susceptibility instead: where the landscape is predisposed to a hazard, without using tomorrow’s weather.
Grey means no usable assessment. Actual road condition is separate. All weather and hazard levels in this demonstration are simulated.
